In an effort to provide increased service for Dallas area service providers, Bradshaw has opened a new will-call center branded The Tech Stop. Customers are able to pick up orders at The Tech Stop saving time and money. Bradshaw guarantees orders will be ready for pickup within 15 minutes of order placement for stock merchandise. Since opening the center earlier this year Bradshaw has seen a steady increase in usage with many technicians beginning their day picking up parts at The Tech Stop.

Service providers are reducing their inventory levels and relying on Bradshaw and The Tech Stop to supply commonly used items for service of laser printers. The Tech Stop service is free to all Bradshaw customers.
