After a successful career at IBM Corporation, Mr. Bradshaw founded The Bradshaw Group in 1990. As company founder, Bradshaw develops the company's strategic objectives and advances partnerships with key businesses in the printer industry. His ever-present entrepreneurial spirit has evolved Bradshaw from a one-man brokerage for pre-owned, high-speed printers into the foremost, innovative printer solutions provider in the nation. Bradshaw has remained active in every aspect of the company since inception.
Through reinvested earnings as well as investment capital secured in 2000, Bradshaw has expanded the company's offerings to include sales and leasing arrangements for high-speed new and refurbished printers, 24-hour technical support, global parts and supplies distribution and parts manufacturing. His foresight guided him to create the Bradshaw Parts Network division in 2000, supporting customers nationwide with network printer replacement parts. Mr. Bradshaw began the company’s service offerings to address maintenance and supplies needs of users with production and desktop printers. Along the way, Mr. Bradshaw developed partnerships with some of the world’s largest printer companies to manufacture their printer replacement parts. Today Bradshaw offers printers, printer service, supplies, parts, and consignment warehousing and distribution services due to Stan’s entrepreneurial spirit.
Stan Bradshaw holds a B.B.A. from Southern Methodist University. He is married with two sons. An Eagle Scout himself, he is an active Boy Scout leader serving as Committee Chairman and a leader of the High Adventure program for Boy Scout Troop 285 in Plano, Texas.

Monty Milliner
Vice President of Operations

Monty joined Bradshaw in 2000 after spending 14 years in Operations with Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. He was General Manager for numerous Sam's Club locations and has operated three of the company's top volume units. While at Sam's, he was recognized as Regional Operator of the Year. Additionally, he attended, and later helped facilitate, the Walton Institute of Retailing. He also served as a facilitator for Improving Sales Operationally Management Training Classes. Monty was General Manager of the highest Sam’s Club in the corporation managing over 350 employees, $100+ million in revenue and over $8 million of inventory.
At Bradshaw, Monty’s responsibilities include Sales and Marketing, Operations, Manufacturing, Service, Information Technology, and Human Resources. His accomplishments include: assembling a talented management team, improved vendor relations, operational efficiencies, and enhanced customer service. He is also an active member of Vistage International.
Monty Milliner holds a B.B.A. in Marketing from Texas Tech University. He is married with two children. Monty's interests include cycling (road and mountain biking), backpacking, fly fishing, in-line hockey, skiing (snow and water), and classic Mustangs.
Mike Haney
Director of Operations

Mike joined Bradshaw in 2006 after a 10 year career in Operations in the Sam's Club division of Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. He held a variety of management positions at Sam's Club including Receiving, Merchandising, Business Development, Co-General Manager, and General Manager. He participated in a number of new store set-ups, and was recognized for Co-Managing an operating unit with over $100M in annual revenue. Mike has managed an operation with over 200 employees and $8 million of inventory and was responsible for monthly P&L review, weekly business trend analysis, and daily expense control.
As the Director of Operations at Bradshaw, Mike is responsible for shipping, receiving, purchasing, core processing, and inventory control. Since joining the company Mike has assisted in a successful implementation of Microsoft Dynamics Navision, and worked to improve operational efficiency through increased productivity, technology improvements, and vendor consolidation. He has also obtained Automated Export System certification for the company through training from the US Census Bureau.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Texas. He is an avid cyclist and is married with two sons.
Lee Weiner
Chief Financial Officer & Corporate Controller

Lee joined Bradshaw in 2004 after spending 17 years in the accounting and finance departments of several large corporations, as a consultant to many corporations and as a Certified Public Accountant. He has been employed with such companies as EDS, IBM, Price Waterhouse Coopers and Daisytek International Corporation. Lee has participated in the successful financial and operational restructuring of several large corporations throughout his career. He has streamlined financial operations, negotiated banking arrangement both domestically and internationally and was a Corporate Controller for a national printer services company. Lee has also served on the Board of Directors and Finance Committee of The Jewish Community Center of Dallas and treasurer for Jasper High School Band Boosters.
At Bradshaw, Lee’s responsibilities include overseeing all financial operations and maintaining all banking relations. His accomplishments include the reorganization of the company into customer-centric business units, negotiation of additional lines of credit to finance the growth of the company, streamlining of the accounting department and the successful implementation of a new ERP system for the company.
Lee Weiner holds a B.S. in Finance from Ithaca College and a CPA license in the State of Pennsylvania. Lee is an active Assistant Scoutmaster with Boy Scout Troop 999 in Plano, Texas and is involved in numerous charities supporting special needs children. He is married with one son and one daughter.
Jeff Groce
Director, Manufacturing Operations

Jeff joined Bradshaw in 2002 after 15 years of successfully leading manufacturing organizations in the defense, telecommunications, and printer industries. Jeff began his career in the Defense Systems and Electronic Group at Texas Instruments, where he played a significant role in the development and production of multiple new products for the Navy and Air Force. Wanting to pursue new challenges, Jeff obtained a position as Manufacturing Operations Manager with the Digital Printing Systems division of Texas Instruments. In this capacity, Jeff was part of a team that developed a full color high-resolution electro photographic printer based on the Digital Micro mirror Device (DMD). After leaving Texas Instruments in 1997, Jeff spent 5 years in the Telecommunications Industry. His most recent assignment was Director of Production and Facilities for LaserComm, a telecom start-up company.
As Director of Manufacturing Operations for Bradshaw, Jeff has a broad range of responsibilities. Focusing on product development, sourcing, manufacturing, OEM account management, and quality & reliability assurance is a challenging but rewarding job for Jeff. His accomplishments include developing Bradshaw’s fuser remanufacturing capabilities, establishing a light assembly area and creating a quality system for these departments. Bradshaw’s OEM business has also grown over 30% under Jeff’s guidance.
Jeff Groce possesses a B.S. in Industrial Technology and an M.B.A. from Texas A & M University. Jeff is married and lives in McKinney, Texas.
Brett Tompkins
Director of Sales

Brett Tompkins’ parts industry career began at PC Parts Express in 1991. Brett was responsible for acquiring the company’s first logistic outsourcing agreement, and the first $1 million per month revenue account. Treating his clients with respect assisted Brett in being the company’s leading gross profit producer for four consecutive years. Due to his entrepreneurial fortitude, Brett earned the company’s President’s Award.
Today Brett is responsible for business development and a team of account executives in Bradshaw’s Parts Network division. His goal is for Bradshaw customers to enjoy and trust doing business with the company. Brett’s client-focused approach has permitted Bradshaw to establish strategic relationships with customers all over the world, not just in Bradshaw’s backyard. Brett is responsible for vendor relations and inventory management for the Parts Network division. During his time at Bradshaw, Brett’s leadership has resulted in a more than doubling of sales revenues.
Brett Tompkins is a Dallas native and holds a B.S. in Applied Mathematics from the University of Texas at Dallas. He is married with two children and an avid tennis player, a USTA member since 2002.
Larry FitzPatrick

Larry joined Bradshaw as one of the company's first employees in 1991. Prior experience includes 16 years with Storage Technology Corporation (StorageTek) where Larry was involved with Manufacturing, Service Repair offerings, and Sales Support. Larry's roles as Field Service Instructor, District Specialist, and District Sales Support Representative enabled him to evaluate client requirements and recommend the most effective print solutions for their specific applications.
At Bradshaw, Larry has become an industry leader in providing the most innovative high speed printer solutions in the nation. He is the recognized expert in the pre-owned continuous forms printer market. Larry plays a key role in enabling Independent Service Organizations and Self Maintainers operate more effectively. Since 1991, Larry has assisted hundreds of companies select the most cost efficient and technically sound printing solutions possible.
Married for 27 years, Larry and his wife Tami have three sons and one daughter. Hobbies include reading, collecting old books, and running. As a Civic organization leader, he is very involved in charitable efforts for children.
Myrna Merle
Service Manager

Myrna joined Bradshaw in 2007 after a 17 year career in Operations in the Sam’s Club division of Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. She held a variety of management positions at Sam’s Club including Marketing Supervisor, Accounting Supervisor, Front End Manager, Operations Manager and finally District Risk Control Manager. She was responsible for 120+ employees in many of these roles. For many years, Myrna was responsible for the coordination of all Dallas / Fort Worth area Sam's Clubs' activities in the highly successful Sam's Club MS 150 annual fundraising events. In 2007 she was awarded the Sam Walton Associate of the year award for her involvement with charity organizations.
Myrna began her career at Bradshaw as Service Administrator and has since been promoted to the role of Service Manager. As Service Manager, Myrna has Profit & Loss responsibilities for a 1.2 Million Dollar Service Department, and directs a team of 5 Field Engineers. This Service Department provides mission critical, 24 hour / 7 days a week, printer maintenance for customers in the "print for pay" industry.
Married for 29 years, Myrna and her husband Jorge have three sons and one daughter. They have two granddaughters. Myrna’s hobbies include cycling, cooking and dancing.
Becky Minyard
Human Resources Manager

Becky joined Bradshaw in 2004 with ten years of Human Resources experience in the financial institution, electrical distribution and telecommunications distribution industries. She was the Human Resources Manager for a major electrical and telecommunications distribution company in Atlanta, Georgia and developed the policies and procedures needed to facilitate a growing employee population while ensuring that Federal regulations were followed thoroughly. Becky has traveled the world extensively through her personal connections with military personnel to include her spouse, a former Air Force Security Police Officer, her father, a retired Army Officer and her brother, an active Army JAG Officer.
At Bradshaw, Becky is responsible for managing and maintaining every aspect of the Human Resources process within the organization. She is an advocate for both the company and the people who work in the company and maintains a consistent balance to meet both needs successfully. Her responsibilities include management and implementation of recruiting, salary and benefits, team building, policies, performance management, project management, employee relations among a variety of additional Human Resources functions.
Married for 18 years, Becky and her husband live in Murphy, Texas and her hobbies include reading, traveling, camping as well as being an avid fan of stock car racing and college football.
